James is the CEO and Founder of Colab with over twenty years experience delivering enterprise technology solutions for global corporations, ASX200 companies and government organisations. Prior to Colab, James spent a decade in management consulting, delivering Oracle solutions to support organisational transformation programs. At Colab, James has spent the last five years transforming Colab into cloud and software based services organisation, working with Simon & the leadership team to define the methodologies, build the frameworks & develop the products required to meet this long term strategic initiative, while ensuring that the operational infrastructure & process support is in place to empower the team to deliver great outcomes for our clients.

Simon is a Founder of Colab, and as CTO, operates at the cutting edge of the latest enterprise and consumer technologies and architecture, ensuring that both Colab and our customers stay technology-relevant in today's fast moving environment. Recognised as a thought leader in enterprise mobility, Simon has over sixteen years experience in technology consulting, software and product development. Moving from graduate to senior positions at PwC and IBM, Simon gained experience in delivery for Australia’s largest and most prestigious organisations before providing the driving force behind the delivery of a highly innovative solution and product development programs for Colab including the award winning CEL Mobile.

Georgia is a Director at Colab providing leadership across CEL Mobile, encompassing application design & development, implementation and customer support. As a key member of the Colab executive committee, Georgia provides strategic support to the Board, business development & team management, as part of her general leadership role. With a career spanning twenty years in leading organisations such as Oracle, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, Georgia brings a wealth of experience in enterprise IT program management and service delivery.
